Laser beam welding


Welding of different materials and also especially at micro-joining techniques of material combination.


Advantages:

  • Low heat input
  • Small seam width and slim seam shape
  • High welding speed

Laser cutting

  • Flame cutting of low and unalloyed steels (up to 12 mm)
  • Fusion cutting of e.g. CrNi steels and aluminium (high pressure cut up to 20 bar)
  • Sublimation cutting of for example plastics

Laser surface treatment

  • Hardening
  • Remelting
  • Alloying
  • Coating

Technical Equipment

CO2 laser (6 kW):

  • 2 CNC controlled work stations
  • 4 mode lenses for different beam intensity
  • scanning beam optic for welding and hardening
  • seam search sensors

Nd:YAG laser (100 W and 500 W):

  • manual work station and coordinates table
  • main focus on miniature and microminiature technique

Dental laser:

  • manual work station
